Job Description

General Purpose:
The Cloud Administrator is the primary administrator for the firm’s Microsoft Office 365 SaaS platform along with supporting other cloud portals such as Adobe DC and client collaboration portals. This person is responsible for all facets of Office 365 application deployment and maintenance. The desired candidate must be able to communicate effectively with business, legal, administrative, and technical colleagues as well as manage multiple priorities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

 Microsoft 365 Administration
Monitor M365 service health, manage change activities, and service requests

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for M365 cloud issues
 Identity & Access Management
Administer Microsoft Entra ID including users, groups, and roles

Assist senior IT team members with managing RBAC policies to enforce least-privilege access
