- Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the luxury residential closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are strictly adhered to and all required documents are prepared, reviewed, and executed accurately.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, are processed smoothly.
