Job Description
Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Solicit, interview and respond to loan applicants and/or referrals.
Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of loans and relationships.
Structure and analyze new and renewed loan requests and assign accurate and timely risk grades.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for the delivery of quality and effective customer service.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for the production and growth of high-quality loans.
Develop and maintain a loan sales culture and environment.
Implement strategies to maximize new and existing loan relationships.
Analyze and evaluate the management skills and abilities of loan customers.
Ensure effective delivery of sales and service training programs relating the bank’s loan products.
