Your primary responsibility would be to build world-class suite products to support the hyper-growth of our businesses in 10 countries.
Responsibilities:
Assist in building and launching customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, win-back) using MoEngage.
Create and schedule push notification, email, and in-app/web banner campaigns aligned to the customer lifecycle stage.
Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio ; compile regular performance reports.
Track user behaviour and funnel events using Firebase to identify drop-off points and engagement opportunities.
