Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Clinician Recruiter for their Remote location. Responsibilities: High-Volume Full-Cycle Recruitment:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy specifically designed to meet aggressive hiring targets for various clinical roles.
+ This includes reviewing a large volume of applicants, conducting interviews, managing the entire offer negotiation process, and driving high-quality hires within significantly condensed timeframes.
Strategic Sourcing And Pipeline Management:
+ Design and implement a dynamic sourcing strategy utilizing innovative tools and practices to ensure a continuous, diverse, and robust pipeline of qualified clinician candidates necessary for high-volume demand.
Ats Mastery And Process Optimization:
+ Act as a power user of the ATS, utilizing system functionality to manage and report on high-volume pipelines efficiently. Maintain r...
