**Description:**

**POSITION PURPOSE**

Completes all Functions and Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist as well as the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the Site where assigned. Works under the supervision of the Manger of Ambulatory PM&R.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Coordinates staff work schedules and monitors attendance. Provides input to other managers and supervisors regarding staff schedules, and staffing needs

Resource person to staff in clinical and operational matters.

Orients and trains new staff.

Screen and expedite patient scheduling to meet departmental guidelines, including facilitating scheduling interdisciplinary patients.

Monitors documentation, reports and timely charge submissions.

Makes recommendations and assists in planning and implementing departmental space and programs.
