About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Team Coordinator (RN) to manage and
coordinate consumer flow within the Adult inpatient group (AIG). Using expert
clinical judgement, the CTC oversees referrals, admissions, transfers, and
service flow across Te Awakura, Wāhi Oranga, Wāhi Tautoko, and the wider
Specialist Mental Health Service (SMHS), ensuring tangata whaiora are placed in
the most appropriate therapeutic environment. This includes consideration of
mental health needs, risk, physical health, neurodiversity, and service
capacity.
