Clinical Support Worker

Main Duties of the job

To provide a high standard of care and practice at all times, taking direction from Care Team Leaders.

To work as part of an Integrated Care Team and wider multi-disciplinary team respecting the skills, expertise and contributions of others in the provision of holistic care and support to babies, children, young people and their families using Derian House.

To treat each baby, child and young person as an individual respecting their dignity and providing care that is sensitive to their needs.

Main Responsibilities

Work under supervision ensuring the provision of high-quality care and practice.

To accurately monitor and document the care for the children and young people and ensure that the care provided adheres to individual care plans.
