• Clinical Supervisor  Department: Clinical  Reports To: Director of Clinical Compliance   FLSA Status Exempt     Purpose: The Clinical Supervisor provides comprehensive clinical oversight, training and support to therapists who provide services at Passages to Recovery’s inpatient and outpatient programs. The Clinical Supervisor guides and manages delivery of clinical services and programs and ensures their high quality and fidelity.


• The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for maintaining an appropriate therapeutic milieu that supports and nurtures clients' recovery, in keeping with the values and treatment philosophy of Passages to Recovery.

The Clinical Supervisor partners with accounting and billing entities to ensure timely, accurate payments and reimbursements, and ensures the facility's compliance with all applicable statut...
