Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and face‑to‑face assessments for DWP benefit claims.
• Mentor and coach health care professionals (HCPs) in person or remotely, acting as the first point of contact for clinical questions and escalating issues as needed.
• Analyse clinical information and medical evidence to produce clear, professional reports supporting DWP decision‑makers.
