Responsibilities

• Coordinating the MDT to ensure defined and assessed needs of patients are met, in line with evidence based practice and defined in the Patient’s Care Plan and to effectively manage clinical risk. Provide nursing leadership to the qualified nursing staff, acting as a role model and encouraging service development in relation to nursing practice.
