Clinical Resource Nurse - IMCU - Nights

4 Southwest is a 56-bed medical pulmonary and telemetry intermediate care unit serving young adult to geriatric patients with a variety of respiratory diagnoses including, but not necessarily limited to: pneumonia, asthma/bronchitis, COPD, pulmonary embolism, stable angina, electrolyte imbalance, atrial fibrillation/flutter, congestive heart failure, and stable patients on ventilators.

Full-Time - 1.0/80 Hours Biweekly

Evening/Night - 1900-0700

Eligible for Shift Differential

**General Summary**

Provides daily clinical support on assigned units ensuring the successful delivery of quality patient care to patients. Collaborates with nursing leadership, and providers on patient placement. Provides direct patient care as an experienced practitioner level, performs duties of charge nurse, preceptor, monitoring, and evaluating nursing personnel during orientation to hospital or unit; assists in planning, evaluating, and revising staff development...
