You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across site and central teams including PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory/SSU, QA, Site Directors, and central ops. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Study Start-Up to anticipate demand and build pipelines that enable successful trial execution. You’ll own sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and the data that guides both.
