Requirements

• Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Profession Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Psychologist in Clinical Psychology. Registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a clinical Psychologist. No experience required after registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in clinical psychology. The following will be added advantage: RSA completion of community services as a clinical psychologist. 3-6 years of experience working as a clinical psychologist in a child unit/setting. Proficiency in the use of various therapeutic modalities would be required, e.g., family therapy, play therapy.
