Reporting to the Professional Practice Lead, this position will support the adoption of evidence-based best/leading practices, standards and regulatory requirements for the provision of personal support and nursing services within our Ottawa location.

The Clinical Practice Assistant will support research efforts that the Professional Practice Leads use for advice and expert consultation towards ensuring safe, client-centered practice.

Research and corresponding activities may include setting practice standards, defining care processes and procedures, designing education and training, and evaluating care delivery models for target client populations are key areas of focus for the position.
