This role is ideal for pharmacists who are ready to take the next step in their career and immerse themselves in a dynamic hospital pharmacy environment.

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Slade Pharmacy, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll work closely with nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to provide clinical pharmacy services that make a real impact. From conducting medication chart reviews and reconciliation to counselling patients and supporting discharge planning, your work will be varied, meaningful and highly valued.
