Western Health has an exciting opportunity for experienced and motivated pharmacists to join our dedicated team as a Clinical Pharmacist - Grade 2 (Rotational). This role is ideal for pharmacists looking to develop their clinical and operational skills within a hospital environment. 

Key responsibilities

• Patient outcomes are optimised by working to achieve Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) 
• Optimal doses of the most appropriate medicine are given at the right time to the correct patient 
• Prescribers and patients are supported to maximise the clinical benefits of prescribed medicines
