As part of an interprofessional team, you will assess and recommend treatments, serve as a resource for drug information, and monitor drug therapy to ensure safety and efficacy. You will also maintain workload records and statistics.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 07:00 to 15:00 or 08:00 to 16:00
