Clinical Pharmacist

This is an established role that will allow you the opportunity develop it in a manner that best supports the patients of the practice. The Clinical Pharmacist, working within Tudor Surgery, will take responsibility for areas of chronic disease management within the practice and proactively undertake medication reviews of patients with complex polypharmacy.
