About the Role
The Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in clinically managing patient care within an infusion/homecare environment. This position focuses on processing orders, conducting patient assessments, reviewing drug interactions, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring final product quality prior to dispensing. You will join a tight‑knit, highly collaborative team consisting of another pharmacist, two pharmacy technicians, and a general manager.
Key Responsibilities

+ Contacting MD offices to obtain, clarify, or update patient orders

+ Communicating with patients and physician offices regarding continuation of service, discharge, or ongoing clinical needs
