Clinical Pharmacist – Full-Time

UPMC Hamot is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This role follows a 7-on/7-off rotation, including every other weekend coverage, with scheduled hours of 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM.

This position is a hybrid decentralized/centralized role, offering a dynamic practice environment that supports both direct patient care and central pharmacy operations.
