Summary The Clinical Pharmacist provides distributive and clinical Pharmacy support service to medicine, surgery and specialty services within VAWNYHS. The scope of practice of the CP covers direct and indirect patient care, drug therapy monitoring, quality assurance/improvement, staff/patient education and consultation.
