About the Role

Te Whatu Ora Taranaki is seeking a motivated and passionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Rheumatology service at Taranaki Base Hospital. This advanced practice nursing role involves providing specialist education, assessment, care and coordination to the Rheumatology cohort in Taranaki. The role requires working within a small specialist team to facilitate timely and effective patient care and maintaining professional nursing standards as a member of the Te Manawa Taki region.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist works closely with the local Rheumatology consultant and nurse practitioner, as well as locum Rheumatology clinicians from around the country.
