Clinical Nurse Specialist in End-stage Liver Disease

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced End-Stage Chronic Liver Disease Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Gastroenterology Directorate.

As an IQILS-accredited tertiary hepatology centre, you will work as a lone CNS within a supportive multidisciplinary hepatology team, providing expert care for patients with end-stage chronic liver disease. You will lead on specialist assessment, care coordination, advanced care planning, patient and family support, and service development to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Applicants must have substantial hepatology experience and previous Clinical Nurse Specialist experience.

This is a 2-year fixed-term, charity-funded post.
