Clinical Nurse Specialist

There is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the Rehabilitation Team at a private rehabilitation hospital in Sydney. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patients on their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their goals and maximise their independence. You will provide advanced clinical nursing expertise, leadership and support within the rehabilitation service. Working closely with the Nursing Unit Manager, you will assist in day-to-day operational management of the ward, support staff development and promote the delivery of safe, high-quality patient-centred care.
