As a Clinical Leader, you will be an integral part of our Elderslea facility management team, working closely with the General Manager. Your role will be to ensure the efficient, effective, and sustainable clinical, financial, and operational viability of the facility. Utilizing your advanced clinical knowledge, you will provide leadership to our clinical and care staff, ensuring a high level of quality care that aligns with Oceania Healthcare policies.
