About the role

As the Clinical Manager at our 73-bed Morrison Gardens facility in Midland, you’ll lead the delivery of person-centered care, working closely with residents, families, and staff. You will coordinate care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each resident's needs, and oversee medication management and staff performance. Your role will also involve maintaining communication with families, assessing care plans, and managing clinical incidents.

You’ll lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and professional development, and ensuring the team is working within their scope. Additionally, you will support recruitment, retention, and staff development while contributing to budget planning and monitoring financial reports. Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and supporting quality improvement initiatives will be key parts of your responsibilities.
