About the Role
 As the Clinical Manager you will play a pivotal role within Arcare; having the responsibility of providing efficient and effective management of all resident care & wellbeing. You will deliver the highest quality of clinical care along with compassion to every Arcare Resident while maintaining a supportive & positive work environment for the care team.
Your key responsibilities will be: Resident Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents, addressing their specific medical, physical, and emotional needs

Staff Supervision: Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers and support staff

Care Planning: Overseeing the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences
