JOB DETAILS

1 Coordinate and supervise the activities of clinical team members engaged in clinical care for
patients under the supervision of a Physician or provider for the diagnosis, treatment and

prevention of disease.

2 Organize and assign duties and tasks to clinical team members.

3 Establish clinical team member work schedules monthly and request Floater(s) from

Director, Clinical Services as needed. Establish provider schedules monthly.

4 Monitor daily performance of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed

accurately, efficiently and timely. Monitor and control overtime.

5 Review and correct timesheets, review and respond to time off requests and coordinate

payroll for clinical team members.

6 Maintain attendance controller records and send to Human Resources department monthly.
