The Clinical Lab Scientist Lead role offers a consistent weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM –3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM , supporting both work–life balance and operational needs. This position plays a key leadership role within the laboratory while remaining hands-on in general chemistry and hematology. Rotating weekend and holiday call responsibilities occur every fifth or sixth weekend. The ideal candidate is ASCP certified as a Clinical Lab Scientist and brings a minimum of two years of experience in general chemistry and hematology laboratory settings.
