Job Overview

TransCan Genomics is a Canadian clinical genetic testing and data infrastructure company working in collaboration with accredited diagnostic sequencing laboratories. Our mission is to increase the availability of genetic testing and enable clinicians to access, manage, and reanalyze genomic data as part of ongoing patient care.

We are seeking a clinical laboratory geneticist to serve as the clinical lead for our diagnostic testing services. This individual will oversee variant interpretation and day-to-day clinical operations, while playing a central role in shaping the development of our clinical infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team, contribute to strategic decision-making, and help define the long-term structure of our clinical operations.
