The Clinical Facilitator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all nurses placed by SD Recruitment at client facilities meet the highest standards of qualification, competence, experience, and confidence. - Provide, administer, and facilitate clinical assessment, vetting, induction, orientation and follow up evaluation services for all allocated client clinical facilities and clinical staff.
- Coordinate, facilitate and support the work of external contracted clinical facilitators.
- Conduct relevant administrative activities related to all clinical facilitation activities.
- Establish and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure the growth of the business through the quality of services offered.
