Clinical Exercise Specialist

Summary Ziathlon is hiring an Exercise Physiologist to own assessment, prescription, and monitoring across the full client spectrum weight loss, diabetes, cardiac rehabilitation, and athletic injury/return-to-play. This is a testing-led, data-driven role: every prescription originates from objective assessment, not assumption. Reports to the Medical Director. Responsibilities Conduct exercise testing and functional assessments: VO2 max, lactate threshold, heart rate variability, movement/form screening, and other performance/health diagnostics as required by client track Translate test data into individualized exercise prescriptions across four populations: metabolic (weight loss/diabetes), cardiac rehab, and performance/return-to-injury athletes Run periodic re-assessments to track progress and adjust prescriptions Conduct form correction and corrective exercise programming for injured or returning athletes Collaborate with Performance/Metabolic Nutrition, Physiotherapy, and Sports P...
