About the Role: Lead the clinical education and foster a culture of continuous learning at a reputable and supportive aged care organisation. In this key leadership role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate innovative training programs that ensure our team provides evidence-based, world-class care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To facilitate and develop educational programs, materials and opportunities for staff working at the organisation
• Engage in the development of educational programs
• Review educational content available on all learning platforms for suitability (e.g. Ausmed, Alis, ACIPC, Hand Hygiene Australia)
• Facilitate and respond to identified education needs
• In collaboration with Senior Clinical and General Managers, promote standards of care and services including nursing and clinical care, ensuring clinical practice is maintained according to current evidence-based practice, Aged Care Qu...
