**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Critical Care Clinical Nurse Educator** (ED/ICU), you will provide staff development expertise in the assigned specialty as an educator, expert clinician, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, patient advocate and researcher. :You will support the clinical and professional development of the assigned staff, with a goal of achieving excellence in the delivery of evidence based nursing practice.

Every day, you will facilitate the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency, continuing education and professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will combine strong organizational and presentation skills with a deep understanding of healthcare education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively engage and train diverse groups of healthcare professionals and staff.
