**Position** **Summary**
+ Delivers virtual Employee Assistance Program (EAP) wellness seminars and management trainings to employer clients using approved,EAP‑alignedcontent. Provides engaging,non‑therapeutic, educational experiences that may include clinically informed, psychoeducational,skills‑based, orworkplace‑focusedtopics, depending on seminar scope.
+ Appliessubject matterexpertiseand strong facilitation skills to ensure **high** ‑ **quality** **delivery** whilemaintainingstrict EAP boundaries. When applicable,leverageslicensed clinical background or equivalent behavioral healthexpertiseto ensure clinical accuracy, ethical standards, andappropriate handlingof sensitive content. Partners closely with Employer Service Coordinators (ESCs) fromrequestthrough delivery to ensurea consistent,high‑qualityclient experience.
