Clinical Director, Supportive Housing Program

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinical Director will oversee the coordination of clinical services within the Supportive Housing Program with a focus on both behavioral and physical health. The Clinical Director provides guidance and supervision to a team of case management and clinician staff, as well as creating systems that enhance services. The Clinical Director will:
+ Supervise the coordination of services and clinical and case management staff ensuring daily activities are held according to program protocols and is line with RiseBoro’s mission
+ Receive referrals for tenant placement, review all documentation, schedule, and conduct interviews for incoming tenants
+ Hire qualified team members and ensure staff have the resources they need to succeed
+ Support, observe, and guide staff in working effectively with tenants and implementing evidence-based practice models
