Clinical Director Mental Health

Evolve supports teens ages 12–17 navigating mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges.  With 15 short-term residential treatment centers in California, we serve families nationwide through warm, home-like residential programs focused on growth, resilience, and real change.

We are looking for an experienced, licensed clinician to serve as  Clinical Director  to oversee 2 residential programs in the East Bay  (Walnut Creek & Lafayette).  Each program serves six clients each for a total of twelve clients between the two programs.

This role partners closely with on-site Operations Managers to ensure high-quality care, smooth operations, and full compliance across both sites.  This role is hybrid with 4 days a week onsite and 1 day a week remote.  Clinical Responsibilities:
