Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
• With the help of your team, create and update individual care plans for residents and maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
• Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of rotas and maintain appropriate staffing levels within the home.
• Provide day-to-day clinical support and guidance to the team, promoting residents’ independence, choice and dignity.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community within the home.
