Clinical Data Coordinator (Calgary)

About us: The Clinical Data Coordinator role involves providing essential support to the Clinical staff and ensuring a smooth experience for our valued patients at the PCC. In this capacity, the clinical Data Coordinator is responsible for assisting the clinical team with tasks such as handling referrals for the pre‑habilitation, mental wellness and RAC programs, directing all referrals to the appropriate PCC staff members and serving as the initial point of contact for Pre‑habilitation and Mental Wellness patients.

They will also be tasked with setting up RedCap accounts, connecting patients to the online portal, scheduling clinic appointments to facilitate comprehensive patient care, and handling administrative tasks such as setting up rooms for classes, coordinating consultant schedules, and taking minutes in clinical meetings.
