About the role

The Clinical Coordinator supports the Home Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to provide a high standard of clinical care and deliver a warm and safe environment for residents and staff. The focus is on effective day to day co-ordination and supervision of resident care, and provision of professional leadership and support to our team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

The Clinical Coordinator will actively function as a clinical leader and take responsibility for managing oversight of the day to day care needs of our residents living with dementia, whilst coaching and mentoring our teams to be proactively involved in the decisions that lead to a high quality of care and support. The role will split time between clinical leadership role and performing 'hands on' duties as a Registered Nurse so it is a great opportunity for someone to step up if they are feeling ready for a leadership position, but to also keep th...
