Clinical Coordinator

About the Role

As a Clinical Coordinator with Te Ara Manapou, you will play a key leadership role supporting the delivery of high quality care across Addictions and Maternal Mental Health services. You will coordinate referrals, manage day‑to‑day clinical workflows, and provide guidance and mentoring to others. The role blends clinical coordination with hands‑on practice and involves influencing how services operate, strengthening equity‑focused practice, and shaping responsive, culturally safe care for tangata whaiora and their whānau.

About you

• Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand or an Allied Health Regulatory Authority
• At least five years of clinical experience in mental health, ideally including community settings
• Experience providing clinical leadership, coordination, and support to other clinicians
• A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity and bicultural practice
