Clinical Assessor (WCA)
Location: Hybrid/Watford
Salary: £50,000 (+£1k at 12 months - Performance based)
Full Time and part time availability
Who We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse, OT, or Physio (1+ year post-registration, adult setting)
NMC/HCPC registered
Strong clinical communication, report-writing, IT skills
Able to work independently with complex cases
Sponsorship not available The Role:
Assess claimants via phone & face-to-face doing work capability assessments for people applying for universal credit or employment and support allowance.
Review medical evidence & write detailed DWP reports
Quality-focused clinical assessments
12 weeks paid training provided Benefits:
