The Opportunity

The MRI Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) is an essential part of Synaptive Medical. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support to customers, on-site, by acting as a knowledgeable and highly skilled technical resource for our MRI system. At the assigned site(s), the CAS is expected to manage all clinical requests and support a clinical growth strategy for product adoption and utilization of the MRI system.

What You’ll Do

• Set-up, operate, and ensure that the MRI system is performing in an effective and efficient manner. Provide collaborative support to the Service team as requested to assist in basic troubleshooting when an MRI system has a perceived performance concern. Knowledge of and dutifully follows MRI safety practices for the protection of the patient, volunteers, colleagues and self at all times.
