Clinical Applications Analyst: Cerner Case Management

This position ensures that clinical and operational teams can effectively manage patient care transitions, utilization review, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary workflows. The analyst collaborates closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and Cerner support to enhance system performance and align functionality with organizational goals.
