Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales process by highlighting product features and capabilities that best fit customers’ clinical requirements during demonstrations.
• Advising and assisting customers on the implementation of optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the provided equipment.
• Delivering clinical education sessions to customers, adhering to established organizational standards, guidelines, and product‑specific training materials, in accordance with education schedules developed with the local sales team and education specialist.
• Developing in‑depth knowledge of the local customer base and conducting regular customer touch‑point site visits.
• Providing first‑ and second‑line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers, offering guidance and expertise when additional knowledge or experience is required.
