It involves managing Behavior Interventionist (BI) onboarding, performance, and satisfaction, while collaborating with HR and Clinical Directors to address staffing needs and retention. Additionally, the position oversees front desk duties, facility maintenance, and promotes center events to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
