Clinic Nurse SACT

We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Stoke area to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Nurse SACT will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications. This role needs a compassionate individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to putting the patient first.

As more and more patients are treated outside a traditional hospital setting, the role of the home care Nurse is developing. We work in a variety of environments such as clinics, residential accommodation and patients' own homes. Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital. We support our patients to become more independent in the management of their treatment and make the whole treatment journey more convenient.
