Position Summary The Clinic Manager (CM) for the Artesia Training Delivery Point (TDP) is responsible for the overall on-site management, supervision, and coordination of medical services performed under this contract. The Clinic Manager serves as the Contractor's primary Point of Contact (POC) with the Government at the Artesia location and has authority to speak and act on behalf of clinic staff in matters related to contract performance.
