Clinic LPN - Pediatric Adolescent Clinic

Description
Assist in the delivery of primary health and patient care management.
Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Prepares patients for examination and treatment. Takes paitent vital signs.
• Administer and document medications.
• Responds to patient calls with clinical questions.
• Determines need/level of care for patients to be seen, i.e., office or hospital emergency department.
• Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments.
• Assist physicians and/or nurse practitioners in preparing for minor procedures, physicals, and any examination.
• Assist with scheduling of tests and treatments.
• Stocks and maintains clinical supplies and equipment.
• Maintains patient records, and other information.
• Instructs patients regarding medications and treatment instructions. Provides patient education.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
